Ross Island, near Port Blair, Andaman, India
A few miles from Port Blair is the Ross Island, once an administrative center for the Britishers, before a volcanic activity disturbed the Island in 1941. The British then left the island and took settlement at Port Blair, since then the Island could never improve from this dwindling and neglect which had set in.
Slowly and securely, the nature grabbed its peal, as banyan trees engulfed the buildings thus substituting the arrangements formed by man. This island makes you wistful and takes you back in time when this was a governmental settlement for the Britishers. The Indian Navy has recreated some of the ancient structures like the bakery and the local stores, from where reminders are available.
After breakfast around 9 am, get ready to explore the beauty of Ross Island through a streamer or glass-bottom boat ride. We need maximally 2 hours duration to cover the rustic charm of the place. Ross Island is around 2 kms apart from Port Blair and still conserve its spectacular beauty as mentioned in India’s history. After enjoying the related activities we sail back to Port Blair for overnight stay. Have a nice time!

Golden triangle was helpful for us to visit three different destinations in three states of India with cultural differences. It was my honeymoon trip & we booked it from Antilog vacations. We enjoyed rickshaw ride in Delhi & visited Chandni Chowk, Red fort, Jama Masjid & Qutub Minar. Taj Mahal visit was a wonderful Honeymoon gift for both of us, we spent half of our day at Taj Mahal. We were surprised by flower decoration & Honeymoon cake with royal treatment at Jaipur.

We organized a family trip for a week; it was a tour of Delhi Agra & Jaipur. This was a leisure trip for the elders but at the same time educational trip for the Children. At Delhi we visited Qutub Minar, Lotus Temple, India Gate, Red fort & Akshardham Temple. Then we went to Agra there we visited Agra fort & Taj Mahal. On the way to Jaipur we also visited Fatehpur Sikari. Our last two days of the tour were in Jaipur, there we visited hawa mahal. Pink city, Jal Mahal & Amer fort. This tour was the result of Antilog Vacations tour planning. Thanks to Antilog for such a wonderful trip.
