Overview

In this tour, you will explore the Lake Tiberias. It is the largest freshwater lake in Tiberias. Also recognized as a Sea of Tiberias, Lake of Gennesaret, Lake Kinneret, and the Sea of Galilee. It is only 43 meters (141 feet) deep and more than 21 kilometers (13 miles) north-south. This lake is partially filled by the undercover springs associated with the Jordan sector of the Great Rift Valley. But most of its water comes from the Jordan River.
