Overview

In this tour, you will explore the Goethes Gartenhaus. It was opened as a memorial as early as 1886. After in-depth restoration work, the house has been restored to its ancient glory. Goethe's garden house is part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site called "Classic Weimar", is a unique testimony to the cultural time of Weimar Classic, shows the outstanding role of Weimar as an intelligent centre. After Goethe's death, the garden house became a place of pilgrimage of Goethe worship and was opened as a memorial site.
