Visit the Delphi Archaeological Museum and explore countless artifacts, relics and ancient Greek art. The museum was built in 1903 by Andreas Syggros. The major attractions of the museum include the famous Charioteer dedicated by Polyzalos, sacred symbols of Delphi, the Omphalos , statues of Kleobis and Biton, the sphinx of the Naxian dating to 560 BC, and the marble statue of Antinoos.
Delphi Archaeological Museum is a treasure trove to countless artifacts, relics and ancient Greek art. As you entered the museum you will see the large number of exhibit telling the story of Ancient Greece. The main highlight of the museum is the famous Charioteer pertaining to a statuary complex of a chariot run by four horses, and included a second male figure. It was dedicated by Polyzalos, after his victory in the Pythian Games, around 475 BC. It is a master piece in itself. Other highlights include the sacred symbols of Delphi, the Omphalos that signify the centre of the earth, a moving story of familial devotion lies behind the statues of Kleobis and Biton, the sphinx of the Naxian which dates back to 560 BC, and the marble statue of Antinoos. Golden triangle was helpful for us to visit three different destinations in three states of India with cultural differences. It was my honeymoon trip & we booked it from Antilog vacations. We enjoyed rickshaw ride in Delhi & visited Chandni Chowk, Red fort, Jama Masjid & Qutub Minar. Taj Mahal visit was a wonderful Honeymoon gift for both of us, we spent half of our day at Taj Mahal. We were surprised by flower decoration & Honeymoon cake with royal treatment at Jaipur.

We organized a family trip for a week; it was a tour of Delhi Agra & Jaipur. This was a leisure trip for the elders but at the same time educational trip for the Children. At Delhi we visited Qutub Minar, Lotus Temple, India Gate, Red fort & Akshardham Temple. Then we went to Agra there we visited Agra fort & Taj Mahal. On the way to Jaipur we also visited Fatehpur Sikari. Our last two days of the tour were in Jaipur, there we visited hawa mahal. Pink city, Jal Mahal & Amer fort. This tour was the result of Antilog Vacations tour planning. Thanks to Antilog for such a wonderful trip.
