Salt Flats is one of the highest deserts of the world which reaches around 16,400 ft height from the sea level. At higher altitude, this desert area is surrounded by mountains and volcanoes. During this Uyuni Salt Flats full day tour, our first step is 'train graveyard', then after a small village of Colchani which is famous for salt miners workshops. Along the way, there is a vast white expanse of salt and huge salt piles along big holes in some salt flats which gives a look of 'eyes of salt' due to underneath water from death lake by high pressure. After lunch, a visit to Fish Island (Inca Huasi) in the middle of salt flats, which gives a hiking option up to the top of Island for cactus and rock formation view.
