Applicable only for the Indian Citizens travelling outside India on a holiday package offered by Antilog Vacations- India.

$50,000 MEDICAL EXPENSES, EVACUATION AND REPATRIATION

Up to $50,000 in respect of medical related expenses mentioned below, reasonably and necessarily incurred outside India by the Traveller suffering bodily injury, sickness, disease or death during the travel period. Notwithstanding the above, if Antilog third party verification agencies recommend that continued treatment in India is appropriate, the benefit is extended to cover medical expenses incurred in India. The benefit shall be subject to Antilog Vacations discretion if the Traveller is above the age of 60 years.

    1) Transport Expenses

    Expenses for physician services, hospital and medical services and local emergency medical Transportation.

    2) Dental Expenses

    The expenses incurred for immediate relief of dental pain are covered up to the extent of $250.

    3) Emergency

    Expenses for physician ordered emergency medical evacuation, including medically appropriate transportation and necessary medical care en route to the nearest suitable hospital when the Traveller is critically ill or injured and no suitable local care is available, subject to the prior approval of the Medical Advisors. In extreme emergency in remote areas where Antilog service providers cannot be contacted, the medical evacuation must be reported to the first available physician and the nearest Indian Consulate.

    4) Medical Rescue to India

    Expenses for medical evacuation including transportation and medical care en route to a hospital in India or the Traveller’s normal place of residence in India when deemed medically advisable by the Medical Advisors and the attending physician.

    5) Air Transport & Cremation

    If the Traveller dies outside the Republic of India, the expenses for preparing the air transportation of the remains for repatriation to the Republic of India or up to an equivalent amount for a local burial or cremation in the country where the death occurred. All expenses must be approved by Antilog service providers before the remains are prepared for transportation to the India or for local burial or cremation.

    6) Cashless Treatment:

    Cashless Assistance can be provided on all covered ailments/diseases and accidental injuries treated on Outpatient & Inpatient basis subject to the acceptance of the hospital/ service providers and further subject to the prior approval of TPA`s in their respective countries.

    7) Kailash Mansarovar Tourists

    Expenses relating to Evacuation and Repatriation for all covered illness and injury arising out of any Traveller travelling to Kailash Manasarovar will be restricted to USD 5000 only.

    8) Minor Children

    In the event of Traveller travelling abroad with his minor children, dies during the covered trip due to a covered illness or accident, reimbursement of the travelling expenses of his children aged below 17 years for return to India provided that the children were also covered under AV Health+ and they are not accompanied by any other adult family member. The amount of such reimbursement will not exceed the limit as mentioned.

    9) Daily Hospital Allowance

    In the event of hospitalization of the Traveller for more than two consecutive days due to a disease, illness or injury sustained or contracted within the period of insurance whilst on the trip, the traveller shall be reimbursed a daily allowance for specified number of days.

    10) Death of Traveller/ Traveller`s spouse, children, parent or parent in law’s

    Death of Brother or Sister of the Traveller 15 days prior to the departure date as stated in the benefit. Serious injury, sudden sickness of Traveller, Traveller`s spouse or parent or parent in-law or child requiring hospitalization for more than 24 hrs.

    11) Compulsory quarantine or prevention of travel by Government of India

    12) Curtailment (the cutting short by early return to India) of the trip because of

    Death, serious injury or sudden major sickness of Traveller/ Traveller`s spouse, child or parents/parent in laws residing in India at the time of incident (While the Traveller`s on a trip abroad).

    13) The hijack of an aircraft in which a Traveller is traveling as a fare paying passenger.

  1. Above offers are just representations. Actual offer document shall require consent and may vary from the representations.

  3. All the claims are subjected to terms and conditions and as per fair usage policy.
  4. Proofs of all Claims are required and shall be provided after thorough investigation from third parties. Checklist of all proofs shall be made available after package confirmation.
  5. Benefits shall come into effect only after the full and final payments towards a package.
