Overview

In this tour, you will explore the Marahubi Palace. It was located in Tanzania, Zanzibar, Stone Town, made in 1882 for Sultan Barghash. Sultan Barghash, was the third Arab sultan of Zanzibar, within 1880-1882. Sultan Barghash managed the palace to house his wife and up to 100 concubines, while he himself lived in a separate palace in Zanzibar Town. The Palace was demolished by a fire in 1899, leaving few remains containing the large stone columns. Examine the ruins of the Maruhubi Palace.
