Ritigala is a mountain range situated in Ritigala Strict Nature Reserve. It contains 4 peaks and the highest of them is Ritigala Kanda. Enjoy a mesmerizing hike to this beautiful mountain range and explore the ruins of Ritigala monastery, located on the eastern side of the mountain at the foot of the gorge. The monastery ruins dated back to the 1st century BC.
If you are the person who loves to explore the path less taken than Ritigala mountain range is just perfect for you. Embark on a thrilling hike, which passes through the beautiful villages, gravel and dirt roads. As you reach the top of the mountain, you will find around 70 caves splattered over the slopes of the Ritigala Mountain. Ruin’s of Ritigala Monastery covers an area of 24 hectares. You can see a huge ancient man-made reservoir. The construction of the reservoir is credited to King Pandukabhaya. There are many other monastic ruins of stones, terrace ways, circular terraces and a stone bridge.

Golden triangle was helpful for us to visit three different destinations in three states of India with cultural differences. It was my honeymoon trip & we booked it from Antilog vacations. We enjoyed rickshaw ride in Delhi & visited Chandni Chowk, Red fort, Jama Masjid & Qutub Minar. Taj Mahal visit was a wonderful Honeymoon gift for both of us, we spent half of our day at Taj Mahal. We were surprised by flower decoration & Honeymoon cake with royal treatment at Jaipur.

We organized a family trip for a week; it was a tour of Delhi Agra & Jaipur. This was a leisure trip for the elders but at the same time educational trip for the Children. At Delhi we visited Qutub Minar, Lotus Temple, India Gate, Red fort & Akshardham Temple. Then we went to Agra there we visited Agra fort & Taj Mahal. On the way to Jaipur we also visited Fatehpur Sikari. Our last two days of the tour were in Jaipur, there we visited hawa mahal. Pink city, Jal Mahal & Amer fort. This tour was the result of Antilog Vacations tour planning. Thanks to Antilog for such a wonderful trip.
