The passage entryway of the main holy shrine Mata Vaishno Devi temple is around 1 km from the point of Darshani Deodhi or Darshani Darwaza. According to the legends goddess in her childhood met Pandit Shridhar at this spot. It is called as Darshani Darwaza due to the fact that from here one gets an entire perspective of the Trikuta mountain. On this 2800 ft high place, the term Darshan used for perspective; to symbolize the first Darshan of the Yatra.
The main door of Darshan has two entryways in which older one has a traditional way of stairs. With the increasing number of people, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board facilitates a second one with the long yard for the satisfactory private parking area. For the proper control and help there is an arrangement of armed forces counter. Now, it’s up to pilgrim wishes to cover this distance by walk or using a private vehicle.
With the private transfer in an AC car, leave your hotel at around 8:00 am after your breakfast, to feel the charm and special view of the place. Golden triangle was helpful for us to visit three different destinations in three states of India with cultural differences. It was my honeymoon trip & we booked it from Antilog vacations. We enjoyed rickshaw ride in Delhi & visited Chandni Chowk, Red fort, Jama Masjid & Qutub Minar. Taj Mahal visit was a wonderful Honeymoon gift for both of us, we spent half of our day at Taj Mahal. We were surprised by flower decoration & Honeymoon cake with royal treatment at Jaipur.

We organized a family trip for a week; it was a tour of Delhi Agra & Jaipur. This was a leisure trip for the elders but at the same time educational trip for the Children. At Delhi we visited Qutub Minar, Lotus Temple, India Gate, Red fort & Akshardham Temple. Then we went to Agra there we visited Agra fort & Taj Mahal. On the way to Jaipur we also visited Fatehpur Sikari. Our last two days of the tour were in Jaipur, there we visited hawa mahal. Pink city, Jal Mahal & Amer fort. This tour was the result of Antilog Vacations tour planning. Thanks to Antilog for such a wonderful trip.
