Maharaja Gangadhar Rao ki Chhatri is a famous war memorial of Jhansi. It was built by Rani Lakshmi Bai in 1853, in the honor of her husband Maharaja Gangadhar Rao, after his death. This famous historical monument is located in the surroundings of Lakshmi Tal. This 162 year old magnificent architecture provides the splendid view with its 12 artistic carved pillars.
